Carla Herrador's love of dance was ignited at the age of 19 when she began attending Modern and West African classes. After completing her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, she decided to pursue a career in dance education. Her passion for West African dance has lead to frequent journeys to Guinea in the pursuit of understanding this beautiful art form. She is also passionate about Latin rhythms and dance; in fact, she met her husband Salsa dancing! Carla is extremely grateful to all of her teachers and mentors, and she is thrilled to be teaching at FHDP!
