Ana Pacanins began tap dancing at the age of 3. She has danced at the Ethel Bruneau Dance Studio in Montreal, Quebec as a hoofer for 16 years. She is known as the Tap Queen of Montreal. Ana has taken workshops with the legendary Dianne Walker, Acia Gray, Jason Samuel Smith, Van “the man” Porter, Josh Cyr, Tap Dogs, Travis Knights, Arthur Duncan, Jason Janas and others. Ana has also performed in different types of shows, tv appearances such as “Edible Incredible” and “On the Road again”. Ana has also tap danced in the Modern version of the “Nutcracker” and was a special guest in musical theaters such as “Montreal Idle” and “Anything Goes”, both directed by Randy Davis. Ana loves to give back to the community and often dances at events for elderly people. She is currently studying at the University of Calgary. She also has a grade 8 in Piano with the Royal Conservatory of Music. On top of being a dancer, Ana is a high performance athlete in short track speed skating.
