What To Wear

ADULT DRESS REGULATIONS:

There are no specific dress requirements for adult classes, however it is recommended that you dress appropriately for a dance class. In most classes gym or yoga wear are suitable. Bodysuit and tights are most comfortable for ballet. For bellydance classes, it is recommended to wear tights and something around the hips to mark out the movements. African encourages the wearing of a lapa (sarong-style wrap skirt) and Flamenco suggests a flamenco skirt (discuss with teacher at first class). Long hair is best pulled back off the face. For men, t-shirts and shorts or gym pants are fine.

Footwear is different for each class:     View Adult Shoes Requirements
